FSSD Electric Replacement Phase 2 – Suisun Pump Station

The project scope involves installation of a new owner-furnished, 1,250 kW diesel engine-driven standby generator with sound-attenuated enclosure and subbase fuel tank, and owner-furnished automatic transfer switch and triple switch equipment; construction of new concrete pad foundations and elevated, stand-alone metal platforms and stairways for said equipment; Demolition and disposal of existing standby generator, above ground diesel storage tank, and associated facilities; Relocation of an existing odor scrubber system and appurtenant equipment, construction of a new, elevated concrete pad foundation, above- and below-ground foul air piping and appurtenances, and related work for said equipment; Receiving, hoisting, and anchoring new owner-furnished electrical equipment and odor scrubber equipment on new concrete pad foundations; Furnishing and installing new yard piping and duct banks, including above-and below-ground conduits, conductors, raceways, supports, building wall and floor penetrations, and other appurtenant work to connect power and controls between new and existing electrical equipment located on both the exterior and interior of the pump station building; Furnishing and installing temporary standby power generators and appurtenant standby power system equipment during construction; AC pavement rehabilitation, minor concrete improvements, and all other work shown or specified on the plans and in the contract documents.
