Dry Creek WWTP Cogeneration and Nitrate Reduction Improvements Project

Construction of a new cogeneration system including a new cogeneration engine fueled with digester gas. Secondary treatment improvements to reduce nitrates in the existing structures. Improvements include a new carbon chemical feed system, aeration basin modifications and filtrate return pumping modifications.
