For two sites: construction of CMU well building to house well pump, chemical feed system, electrical and control equipment, and restroom; installation of Baski valve and vertical turbine pump/motor; installation of 2 HP vertical turbine monitoring well pump; installation of 500-gal dual-containment sodium hypochlorite storage tank and progressive cavity metering pumps; installation of 200-gal dual-containment fluoride storage tank and progressive cavity metering pump; installation of laboratory cabinetry and workstation; installation of trench drains within building; site work including CIP airgap structure, tie-in to existing water distribution with 16″ piping; yard piping for water, sewer, and stormdrain; CMU perimeter wall with automatic gate; and landscaping/irrigation.
