The Project consists of constructing a recycled water pump station and electrical building inside the City’s wastewater treatment plant, a new 900,000 gallon recycled water storage tank near Priska Drive, the Buena Vista turnout facility, a de-chlorination station at Barney Schwartz Park, auger bore crossing of Highway 46, approximately 18,000 LF of 6-inch to 24-inch distribution pipelines with appurtenances, approximately 16,000 LF of 2-inch and 4-inch fiber optic conduit with handholes, and electrical and remote control systems for a complete in-place operational recycled water distribution system.

Items available to be subcontracted and/or purchased include but are not limited to concrete materials; aggregates; surveying; erosion/sediment control; SWPPP design and implementation; tree removal; excavation & off haul; AC paving; rebar; pipeline; chain-link fencing & gates; miscellaneous metals; structural steel framing; decking; painting/coating; pre-stressed concrete tank installation; WTP equipment; piping, valves, & accessories; electrical materials & equipment; and instrumentation & control.
