Description:
This design-build project consisted of fifteen (15) groundwater production wells throughout the service area of the District. The wells were completed over the course of 5 years and some included treatment facilities for iron and manganese. All of the wells included drilling, developing and designing the well as well as equiping the well with well pump, electrical and control systems, site grading, yard piping and many were housed in masonry buildings. Each well site was unique and required extensive coordination with the property owner.
