Electrical Division

On May 1, 2007 AUBURN announced the establishment of its Electrical Division through the acquisition of the personnel and assets of the leading Northern California electrical subcontractor in treatment plant construction industry, Horn Electric, Inc. of Lodi, CA. This has enabled AUBURN to now self-perform all electrical portions of its projects as well as pursue other opportunities through electrical subcontracting.

The magnitude of the electrical scope of work on a typical water treatment/water delivery project requires the Contractor to possess, ideally with its own personnel, the capacity and knowledge of this type of work in order to successfully construct, test and implement all of the electrical and instrumentation portions of the project. AUBURN, through its in-house Electrical Division, can provide any Owner with the assurances these requirements will be met. Mr. Wade Johnson, Vice President of AUBURN's Electrical Division, has developed AUBURN's electrical capabilities into the prominent electrical contractor in the Water/Wastewater industries.

AUBURN's Electrical Division has become the electrical subcontractor of choice for many of the leading treatment plant contractors in our area. AUBURN has been asked on multiple occasions to step in on existing projects to complete the electrical portions of the project when other electrical companies have failed to perform. All AUBURN projects are staffed with seasoned and talented electrical foremen and craftsmen who are committed to support the efforts of AUBURN, the Engineer and the Owner without distraction from other general contractors demanding these resources for their projects.
