Work includes construction of a new compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station, a microturbine cogeneration facility, and a high strength waste receiving station.  The Work also includes all interconnecting and associated yard piping, electrical and instrumentation duct banks, and all other miscellaneous improvements in support of the Project.

Items available to be subcontracted and/or materials quotations for this project include the following: demolition, cast-in-place concrete, grouting, masonry, structural metal framing, grating, metal decking, rough carpentry, building insulation, sealants and caulking, flashing and sheet metal, door and hardware, glazing, gypsum board, painting and coating, signage, toilet and bath accessories, pre-engineered metal structures, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, asphalt paving, chain link fence and gates, piping systems, process gas and liquid handling equipment, pollution and waste control equipment,  and power generation equipment.

We encourage bids from all Subcontractors/Suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise bidders.  We are an equal opportunity employer.  We encourage contracting with a group of DBE’s when a contract is too large for one firm to handle individually.  We offer assistance with bonding, credit and insurance.  Subcontractors will be required to sign the Auburn Constructors Standard Subcontract Agreement, which includes the right for Auburn to require subcontractors to furnish a faithful performance and labor bond, in a form and from a surety acceptable to Auburn, in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract price.  Subcontractors will be required to comply with all subcontract insurance requirements.  A copy of the Standard Subcontract Agreement is available upon request.

This projects also requires compliance with the American Iron and Steel requirements.
Prices must remain valid for 120 calendar days after bid date.
The contract is 820 calendar days with a start date in the fall of 2019.
