Placer Vineyards – Phase 1 Infrastructure

LOCATION/DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Project is located in Placer County between Baseline Road and the Placer and Sacramento County boundary, approximately 1 mile south of Baseline Road. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of the following in a complete and satisfactory condition as shown on the contract plans and herein specified (but not limited to):

1. Construct approximately 12,406 feet of 8‐inch through 30‐inch gravity sewer pipe and appurtenances; 14,270 feet of 12‐inch force main and appurtenances; maintenance roads and associated roadside ditches; and drainage structures and pipeline. There is existing infrastructure adjacent to and within the project area, so care should be taken to prevent damaging those existing facilities.

2. Construct and commission Placer Vineyards Specific Plan Sewer Lift Station #2, including water, utility stations, underground yard piping, sewer main tie‐ins, utility vaults, collection wet well, emergency storage, chemical feed system, electrical and instrumentation, process piping, drainage, mechanical pumping systems, above‐ground piping, pump control valves, flow, pressure and temperature instrumentation, main switch board, motor control center, station control panel, low voltage control and instrumentation wiring, floor and site drainage, finish grading, foundation and base work, building, pavement work, fencing, and all miscellaneous work as shown and specified for the full start‐up and operation of the new sewer lift station installation.
